Our History

Angeles is driven by a passion and dedication to diversity and inclusion of thinking, ideas, and knowledge, a dedication which has led to creation of Be Woman2Woman ; an association that seeks to build bridges that foster support between women and women from vulnerable communities (Including trans women). The association is a true sisterhub which seeks to ensure that no woman feels alone or excluded , providing a space where women can share their experience, learn from each other, and grow in different ways in order to transform their lives, develop key skills for their own growth, and create a more sustainable future. Fulfillment is the ultimate goal.

Angeles De la Cerda

President & Founder

About me

A professional with international training in leadership, inclusion, and senior management. She is a graduate of programs from COPRED, the National Electoral Institute (INE), and the Simone de Beauvoir Leadership Institute. She is also an alumna and ambassador of the Advance Women of Color in Leadership and Women’s Leadership programs at Harvard Business School (Boston, MA). Her education is complemented by studies in Leading Social Business: Purpose, Profit & Impact and Women in Leadership at The London School of Economics and Political Science in London, UK.

She is a certified professional coach by Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM), with additional executive education in Innovation and Senior Management at IPADE. She holds a Diploma in Human Resources Advanced Management by the University of Cambridge, two master’s degrees MBA and Human Resources, and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Escuela Bancaria y Comercial.

She has held global leadership positions in Human Resources, as well as strategic roles within business units in the financial sector and in one of the world’s most prominent companies in the remittances industry.

Her career has been recognized with distinctions such as Transformational Woman Leader, inclusion in the list of The 50+ Most Influential HR Leaders in Mexico, and selection as one of the 50 Women in Leadership for the Santander W50 program (2025).
